What changed

Stripe, PayPal, n8n, Twilio, Telegram and email are configured from Staff → Integrations, with a Test button that makes a real call and shows when each connection was last proven.
n8n runs on the instance for the administrators: signed portal events drive welcome emails, Telegram alerts, WhatsApp and SMS confirmations, a daily digest and a monthly money report.
PayPal as a second way to give one-off donations, captured server-side and reconciled by verified webhooks.
Reports and analytics: churn and retention cohorts, plan mix, collections by purpose with period comparison, donor figures, payment health, programme and event figures, all exportable and served to the app through permission-gated API routes.
The public site now carries Saba Center’s own words: the impact figures, the terms and conditions and privacy policy from sabacenter.org (effective 20 August 2024), Greater Houston as the region, a volunteer form, and pages editable from Staff → Public pages.
