Membership
- Membership through this portal renews automatically every month (or year, where offered) until you cancel.
- You can cancel future renewals at any time from your member dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then ends. You can turn renewal back on before that date.
- Membership fees are non-refundable, as set out in the Terms of Service.
Programme enrolments
- Sunday Soccer and other programme enrolments are billed separately from membership and are cancelled independently. Cancelling an enrolment never affects your membership, and cancelling a membership never cancels an enrolment; it only changes the rate that applies at the next renewal.
Donations
- All donations are made voluntarily and are non-refundable.
- If a payment was made in error or duplicated, contact us at admin@sabacenter.org. Any refund is at the discretion of Saba Center staff, is recorded, and does not by itself change membership access.
Failed payments
- If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it over several days and we let you know. Update your payment method from Billing and payment methods on your dashboard to keep your access. A membership whose renewal cannot be collected ends automatically.
Tax
- No claim is made here that any payment is tax deductible. Saba Center will confirm its charitable status and any deductibility separately.
