How the member portal handles your data
- Card details are handled entirely by Stripe (or PayPal for one-time donations) and never reach Saba Center's systems. We store only the identifiers needed to reconcile your payments and show you your history.
- You can export the data we hold about you, and request deletion, from your member dashboard. Financial records that must be retained for accounting purposes are kept; deletion requests are fulfilled by anonymising your personal details.
- Text and WhatsApp messages are sent only with your separate, explicit consent for each channel, which you can withdraw at any time under Profile and preferences.
- Children enrolled in programmes are recorded by name and age only. Household members are recorded by name and year of birth only.
